Valle Crucis is latin for "Valley of the Cross" and was first settled over 200 years ago, and is renowned for its beautiful scenery. Our lodge offers a relaxing atmosphere, spacious guest rooms with private baths, a full homemade breakfast to start your day, afternoon appetizers, and yummy homemade evening desserts. Our guests are welcome to curl up with a good book in front of the fireplace in our sitting area or adjoining sun porch area, rock or swing on our 800 square ft. front wrap porch and enjoy the splendid view of the surrounding mountains or visit with us in the kitchen. The area offers for your pleasure: scenic mountain sites, shopping, hiking, skiing, rafting, horseback riding, trout fishing, and SO much more. We are just a short distance from Grandfather Mountain, Linville Caverns, Beech and Sugar Mountain ski resorts, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Blowing Rock, Boone, ASU, Banner Elk, and the original "Mast General Store".

Our log B & B was completed and opened for business in July 2004.

with every attention to detail to make your stay a delight from beginning to
end. We are located in picturesque Valle Crucis where we are nestled in
the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking the Watauga River.
